Easy potato baking

  • 6 potatoes, cut in half, peeled
  • 4 diced bacon slices
  • 275 g of aioli
  • 1 bunch fresh chopped dill
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese


  1. Preheat oven to approximately 180C.

  2. Boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes.

  3. Drain the potatoes and let cool.

  4. Dice the potatoes.

  5. Place the potatoes mixed with dill and bacon in a saucepan.

  6. Stir through aioli and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.


  • 1 saucepan


Pre-boiling the potatoes is optional, but the cooking time should be longer if they are not boiled first.
