  • 3 puff pastry sheets


  1. Cut each piece of dough into 4 squares.

  2. Heat the skillet and place each square in the skillet over low heat.

  3. (it is not necessary to grease the pan since there is enough fat in the dough)

  4. Cook on both sides. Do not overcook as the dough burns easily.

  5. Serve hot.


This can be served with curry, scrambled eggs cooked with onion, tomato, and a little chili powder. This recipe is much cheaper than buying Malaysian / Singapore roti pratas at the supermarket.
