It is time for a spring dessert pizza. This is one that occurred to me to entice kids to eat fresh fruit. Cinnamon sugar in the crust, Biscoff for sauce, bananas and strawberries for toppings and grated coconut like our cheese. This is a simple and pleasant recipe to take advantage of the current low prices of fresh fruit.

Here are the ingredients: 1 thin Pillsbury pizza crust 1 1/2 sliced bananas 1 pound sliced strawberries 1 tablespoon butter 1/4 cup biscoff pasta 1/4 cup grated coconut 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Roll out your dough on a 12 ″ round pizza pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with the mixture of sugar and cinnamon to give the crust a sweet dessert flavor and place in a 400 oven for about 10 minutes.

When the crust comes out, we want it fully baked. We transfer it from the pan to a cooling rack because we want it to be crispy. While it is still hot, we spread the Biscoff Spread so that it melts and is easier to spread.

Then we cover with our banana slices obtaining a complete coverage up to the edge of the rind. Then, the strawberry slices on top and between the banana slices. And finally, cover with our coconut to make it look like cheese.

It was a huge hit with the family, and the pizza motive encouraged our enemies of fruits and vegetables to try it. They are still not convinced, but sometimes you have to take small steps.
