This White Chocolate Cookies and Cream Lasagna It's what cravings are made of!
Have you seen all the dessert lasagna and lush layered recipes that sweep Pinterest? They always look so deliciously fluffy… I can't get enough !! So, I decided to create my own unbaked dessert lasagna using one of my favorite flavor combos: cookies and cream.
White Chocolate and Cream Cookie Lasagna Recipe
If you are looking for an amazing dessert to surprise your guests or treat your family, look no further! This white chocolate and cookie lasagna is the the best dessert to get out of my kitchen this summer – and that's something considering that I make two or three desserts a week!

Close your eyes and imagine this:
Crumbly chocolate crust covered in melted white chocolate…
A layer of white chocolate pudding with even more of that delicious chocolate crumb …
A generous layer of delicious whipped cream with cheese …
And finally, chunks of Cookies & Cream chocolate bars and mini chocolate chips thrown.

Baked cookies and cream Exuberant Dessert Ingredients:
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip Tub, Split
- 3.9 oz package White Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 6 oz cookies and cream chocolate (about 1 large bar), plus more to decorate
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cups of mini chocolate chips

Start by crushing 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, using a food processor (The "Big Mouth" food processor has lasted our family for years!Stacey) If you have one. (You can also put them in a large ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.)
Transfer 2/3 of the Oreo crumbs to a large bowl and mix with the melted butter and cookie crumbs.
Once you have a moist mixture, press the cookie dough into a 9×9 lined saucepan. Put it in the fridge as you make the pudding.
Prepare the white chocolate pudding by combining the milk and the instant pudding powder. Beat for 4 minutes until the pudding begins to thicken.
Melt Chocolate Cookies & Cream in the microwave for 20 seconds, then stir. (Reheat if not completely melted the first time).
Remove the chocolate crust from the fridge and sprinkle the white chocolate on the crust.
Spread the pudding mixture over the crust and then top with the remaining Oreo crumbs. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes while preparing the cream cheese layer.
Mix cream cheese with a mixer until smooth and fluffy. Add 2 tablespoons of milk and sugar, and mix well. Add 1 and 1/4 cups of Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over the second layer of chocolate crumb and then sprinkle the remaining white chocolate plus the mini chocolate chips on top.
Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours before serving.
