- 10 thin sausages
- 1 onion
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup frozen green beans broken into pieces
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon flaked parsley
- 1 teaspoon of cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste
Boil the sausages for 10 minutes, drain and remove the skin, cut into 2 cm pieces.
Add onion, celery, carrots, beans, and garlic to the saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add sausages, curry powder, lemon pepper, and parsley and simmer for 50 minutes.
Thicken with cornmeal.

Mix about 2 tablespoons of cornmeal with a small amount of water to make a thin paste, slowly add to sausages while stirring until proper consistency is obtained. Slice the carrots into pieces of about 2 cm and the broken beans into small pieces.
