Curry Sausages And Vegetables

  • 10 thin sausages
  • 1 onion
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup frozen green beans broken into pieces
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon flaked parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste


  1. Boil the sausages for 10 minutes, drain and remove the skin, cut into 2 cm pieces.

  2. Add onion, celery, carrots, beans, and garlic to the saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Add sausages, curry powder, lemon pepper, and parsley and simmer for 50 minutes.

  4. Thicken with cornmeal.


  • 1 saucepan


Mix about 2 tablespoons of cornmeal with a small amount of water to make a thin paste, slowly add to sausages while stirring until proper consistency is obtained. Slice the carrots into pieces of about 2 cm and the broken beans into small pieces.
