- 300 g lean ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cooked potato
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of peanut oil
- 4 puff pastry sheets
Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the onion, curry powder and garlic briefly before adding the meat.
Cook until meat changes color, add potato and puree to mixture. Combine for a minute or two, then season with sugar and sauces. Cold.
Cut out puff pastry circles with a bun or glass cutter. Fill each circle with a rounded teaspoon of filling. Fold and seal by forking the edge.
Drizzle with olive oil spray and bake on a tray at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
Serve with satay sauce or sweet chili sauce.
They are easy to make and relatively healthy since the curry puffs are baked rather than fried. They can be frozen.
