Hello friends, it's been a while, right? Sorry for the absence. Although it may not seem like it, we have been busy as bees creating new delicious recipes that we are happy to share in the coming days!

Starting with an Easter special: delicious cups of baked eggs and ham that are so easy to make that you will make them all. the. time (and not just for Easter)!

We've been very prepared for food lately, as we both like our home-cooked meals and don't like to eat daily. This has led to many meals, which can be prepared ahead of time, stored in the refrigerator, frozen, and generally made in bulk.

We usually prepare meals just 2 days in advance and are especially fond of ingredient preparation, unlike full meals. When you have a couple of ingredients ready in the fridge, it's much easier to create a meal from scratch in minutes.

We've been thinking about sharing the tips and tricks we learned along the way in an upcoming post! The good thing is that we will soon have a vacation and a couple of days off 🙂

Why make cups of baked eggs and ham?

These baked mugs are a great breakfast option for preparing meals, which you literally make in 15 minutes: just toss the ingredients in a muffin tin and put them in the oven for about 12-15 minutes (depending on how well you like your boiled egg), and you're done! These baked egg cups will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, so they'll always be available for a quick, low-carb, gluten-free snack.

What can I use instead of cooked ham?

We understand that you may not have this specific brand of ham available in your country. Although this recipe was made with cooked ham, you can use other meats! Try cooked ham, baked ham, or even bacon, as long as you use large slices, which you can mold into cups to hold the egg.

Cups of Baked Eggs and Ham {Low Carb, Gluten Free}

A great low carb breakfast, these cups of baked ham and eggs are ready in just 15 minutes!


  • 6 slices of cooked ham (Anton)

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives


  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C / 390 ° F. Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Place a slice of cooked ham at the bottom of each muffin cup, making a cup shape.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and add a broken egg to each cup.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on how cooked you want your eggs.
  5. Remove the can from the oven and sprinkle with chopped chives on top before serving.
