These Crock Pot Cranberry Meatballs take just a few minutes to prepare and taste delicious sweet and sour with a little spice.

Almost every southern Christmas party I've been to has a pot full of party dumplings. And there is always a swarm of people huddled around him. Cocktail dumplings are an absolute delight for the crowd.

The typical party meatball is made from a jar of grape jelly and they are delicious, but sometimes I like to change things. I added cranberry sauce and pepper jelly to give the meatballs a festive touch. The taste is predominantly sweet, but they are also a bit spicy and pungent.

You see a lot of cocktail dumplings around the holidays for a reason. Not only are they incredibly delicious, they're super easy to make and inexpensive to feed a huge crowd. I use a bag of Farm Rich frozen dumplings for this blueberry cocktail dumplings recipe.

In addition to reducing the preparation time to practically zero, frozen meatballs maintain their shape much better than those made from scratch. And with a quality product like Farm Rich, you are not losing any flavor. Farm Rich dumplings are gluten-free, which is a huge plus with so many people avoiding gluten.

The best way to make the most of your vacation is to take a few shortcuts here and there so you spend less time in the kitchen and more time making family memories. Every year I try to be a little more efficient on vacation and have been researching all kinds of vacation tricks.

Some of them are quite creative, others are crazy!

Did you know that you can boil your whole potatoes with the peels, hit them with ice water, and the peels will immediately slide off? I'm going to try it for sure!

Put away your empty plastic wrap and foil boxes, paint them and use them as Christmas cookie gift boxes. Just be sure to cut the serrated edge!

If you're cooking corn for a large crowd, steam it. Put the corn in the bottom of the refrigerator, add boiling water, close the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Very cool.

One of the most extravagant I have ever read is running the potatoes in the dishwasher without detergent instead of scrubbing them. For real???

Do you have any tips or shortcuts for the holiday season? Have you ever tried making Crock Pot Meatballs?
