- 1 pound (450 g)green beans, washed and trimmed
- 1/2 cup crispy cooked bacon
- 3/4 cup chicken soup (or vegetable broth)
- 1 cupthick whipped cream
- 6biggarlic clovesfinely chopped or minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh crackedblack pepper
- 1 tablespoonitalian seasoning
- 1/4 grated cupfreshParmesan
- Chopped freshparsley, to decorate

one) To do the creamy parmesan green bean stew: Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºF). Over medium-low heat, melt butter in large 10-inch ovenproof skillet. Add minced garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until garlic is fragrant (make sure not to burn garlic).
two) Add chicken stock and simmer for 3 minutes, then add cream. Cook, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes or maybe longer if you prefer a thicker sauce. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

Note:For the tender green beans, microwave the green beans with 1 cup of water before baking.
