Creamy broccoli salad with bacon and cheddar cheese
My girls not only eat their vegetables LOVE them! I am often asked how I taught them to be such adventurous eaters, but there is no secret: if food tastes good, children will eat it!
Take broccoli for example: if I just cut it into chunks and served it raw, not many kids will jump for joy (I doubt many adults do either). However, if you combine it with flavors that taste and love, you will be much more likely to try it.
Broccoli salad is one of my favorite picnic and party foods, and I was inspired by Kraft Dips to create an amplified version with its bacon and cheddar cheese sauce, easy to make and kid-approved!
