This Cracked Out Breakfast Pizza is a favorite in our home. Breakfast pizza loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, and ranch – OH YES! We love to eat this on the weekends, but it's pretty easy to do during the week.
I used a refrigerated pizza dough for this Cracked Breakfast Pizza. You can certainly use a homemade crust if you prefer. To reduce the preparation time, I used precooked bacon. I LOVE using precooked bacon for recipes like this. I usually buy a giant bag of Costco precooked bacon bits. They are the real pieces of bacon, not that weird, hard fake bacon. Save a lot of time and money! Bacon is super expensive!
We LOVE this easy to crack breakfast pizza. It is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It would also be great for some of those first soccer games this fall. Try this this weekend. I promise it will be a success!

Cracked Out Breakfast Pizza

Cracked Out Breakfast Pizza – loaded with cheddar, bacon, and ranch! SO GOOD!!! Easy enough for a weekday breakfast. Refrigerated pizza crust topped with ranch dressing, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese. We love this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is the most requested breakfast in our house. 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
2 butter spoons
8 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup bottled Ranch dressing
1 package (3 oz) real bacon bits
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 ° F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with parchment paper.
Unroll the pizza dough and press down on the bottom tray. Prick well with a fork.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes, until lightly browned.
While the crust is baking, mix the eggs and milk. In a nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add eggs; cook and stir until thick and no liquid egg remains.
- Spread Ranch dressing over partially baked crust. Spread the cooked eggs evenly over the crust. Top with bacon and cheese.
Bake an additional 7 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
