If there is something that my family loves is PIZZA! If I tell the kids we'll have pizza for dinner, the kids will scream for joy. However, I hate having the same pizza over and over again, so this easy recipe really brightens up pizza night.
Our kids love cookie pizzas! This cookie pizza recipe is a winner, because kids can make it with you. They love it and there is hardly any work to do.
First, flatten your canned cookies on a baking sheet. If you like, I highly recommend using these baking mats, but I took these photos before buying. Now I use the trays all the time and I love them. 🙂
Top with Pizza Sauce: I use our homemade pizza sauce recipe because I can make it in minutes for a fraction of the store-bought cost.
Add your favorite ingredients. Our family loves pepperoni and cheese, but you can also add any other favorite ingredients. Be sure to also read our post on how we freeze cheese to save us money.

In the end, you end up with a delicious cheesy pizza. The best part is that these amazing flavors are left over. We often make extras so children can grab some at their lunches. They love them.
This Biscuit Pizza recipe is frugal!
We have cookies for sale a few weeks ago, so you can really make this cheap. Even if you can't find them on sale, you can find all 4 packages (you just need the cheap cookies) for around $ 2.

Recipe Notes
This easy recipe really brightens up pizza night.
Freezer Friendly? Yes! These freeze great. After cooking, let them cool, and then freeze them in a cookie. Once frozen, place it in a freezer bag. Simply microwave to serve later. These are great to pack at your children's lunches. You can easily make extras when preparing some for dinner. Your kids will love you when they have this fun lunch in their lunchbox!
Frugal friendly? This is definitely a bit more budget friendly than frozen pizza or ordering.
Also, the fact that you can freeze them makes them even better.
