Wheat or corn tortillas, also called Mexican tortillas, are widely used in cooking to create multiple quick and easy dishes. Many of the industrial tortillas or pancakes have preservatives and other additional ingredients that are not too healthy, but there is an easy way to prepare some cooked potato pancakes delicious and homemade with Free Recipes. It only takes two ingredients – flour and cooked potatoes – that will make the potato pancakes elastic. - 200 grams of wheat flour
- 200 grams of cooked potato

Cook the potatoes in boiling water until soft. Peel and mash them with a fork or a stomp stick.
In a bowl combine the flour, salt and potatoes, kneading with your hands to obtain a ball of dough.
Roll out the dough of the wheat flour tortillas with a rolling pin on a floured surface leaving a thickness of about 3 millimeters and with a round mold or a plate of approximately 15 centimeters in diameter cut out the mashed potato pancakes. Pick up the dough cuts, roll the ball again and repeat the step.
Heat a griddle or skillet and cook each flour and potato omelette on both sides until lightly browned.
