- 225 grams of brown sugar or brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Line a tray with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 ºC with heat up and down for 15 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack and, while still hot, pinch them with the panela syrup that you had reserved.
