- 3/4 cup raw sugar
- 75 g softened butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup large yeast flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar
Beat the sugar, butter and eggs until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Spoon in muffin boxes or individual silicone molds.
Bake at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
Remove from frying pans and brush with extra butter while still hot.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
These are better if made with butter, but margarine can be substituted.
Using raw sugar gives crispier edges.
