- 9 Crushed Weet-Bix
- 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 100 g of milk chocolate chips
- 400 g of condensed milk
- 125 g of melted butter
- 2 drops of mint essence
- 100 g of melted milk chocolate
Combine Weet-Bix, cocoa, coconut, and chocolate chips.
Add butter, condensed milk and essence.
Press on an 18 cm x 28 cm cutting tray lined with baking paper.
Place in the fridge while melting the chocolate.
Spread the melted chocolate on the slice. Let cool.
Cut in slices.
- 1 frying pan slice 20 cm x 30 cm
I used orange or mint essence. I love the orange scent, but the mint is great after dinner over coffee. Any type of chocolate can be used.
