  • 1 cup of yeast flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g of melted butter

Chocolate sauce

  • 3/4 cup tightly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 cups boiling water

  1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C or 160 ° C to force fan and grease a 6-8 cup saucepan.

  2. Sift the flour, sugar and cocoa into a bowl. Make a well in the center. Whisk together the milk, melted butter and egg and gradually pour into the well.

  3. Mix with a spoon until well combined.

  4. Pour into a saucepan and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.

  5. Combine the brown sugar and cocoa in a bowl and sprinkle over the prepared pudding mixture. Gently pour the boiling water over the top.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Set aside to let sit for about 5 minutes to allow sauce to really thicken.

  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 wooden spoon

Serve with whatever you want. Flan, ice cream or cream, everything works very well with this.
