Chocolate Nut Protein Balls

  • 50 g of chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons of nuggets
  • 1/2 cup of almonds
  • 1/4 cup Brazil nut
  • 1 teaspoon maca root powder * optional
  • 1/2 cup dried coconut
  • 2 tablespoons dried coconut * extra
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of water


  1. Mix all ingredients except water in a food processor.

  2. Add water and mix again.

  3. Roll into balls of uniform size.

  4. Roll in desiccated coconut and chill in the fridge for an hour.

You can change the maple syrup for honey.
