Choc Bliss Balls

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 12 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 cup dried coconut


  1. Place the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a food processor and mix on high speed until the seeds have the consistency of fine crumbs.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. The mixture should stick between the fingers.

  3. Roll into bite-size balls and top with coconut.

  4. Store in the refrigerator.


You can use cocoa instead of cocoa powder if you prefer.
