- 1 bottle of cooked chickpeas (400 grams)
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 pieces of chorizo
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 tablet of meat broth
- 1 glass of water
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch minced garlic
- 1 jet of extra virgin olive oil

Peel and chop the onion. In a frying pan we put a splash of olive oil, we take it to the fire and when it is hot we add the onion. We remove from time to time to poach it.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the tomatoes. Do not make very large pieces to take less time to prepare the chickpea recipe with chorizo because we are not going to crush them later. We add them to the pan.
Trick: If you do not want to find pieces of tomato you can grate it or use crushed tomato from a can.
After about 10 minutes add the paprika, pepper and garlic and stir well.
Add the chickpeas, wine and water along with the crumbled bouillon tablet. Cover and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally and checking that the preparation does not stick.
When about a third of the liquid remains, chop the chorizo and add it to the pan. Stir well and let cook until there is practically no broth.
