- 500 g of minced chicken meat
- 2 grated carrots
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 egg
- 150 g of fresh breadcrumbs
- 50g fetta
- 80 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Preheat the oven to 220C.
Combine all ingredients, except grated cheddar cheese, in large bowl.
Form minced meat balls, make a hole in the center and add grated cheddar cheese, cover the cheese with a little more minced meat.
Bake on a lightly greased tray for 12 minutes, then rotate and cook for another 7 minutes.
If you don't have time to center cheese, just stir in the grated cheddar for an even cheesy flavor.
