Chicken croquettes with cheese

  • 500 g of minced chicken meat
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g of fresh breadcrumbs
  • 50g fetta
  • 80 g grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 220C.

  2. Combine all ingredients, except grated cheddar cheese, in large bowl.

  3. Form minced meat balls, make a hole in the center and add grated cheddar cheese, cover the cheese with a little more minced meat.

  4. Bake on a lightly greased tray for 12 minutes, then rotate and cook for another 7 minutes.


If you don't have time to center cheese, just stir in the grated cheddar for an even cheesy flavor.
