You can remove the man from Buffalo, but you cannot remove the Buffalo from man.

My husband is from … you guessed it … Buffalo, New York. Christopher LOVES chicken wings. Not only that, but he likes them hot. I certainly cannot feed 7 year old hot wings. Mexican Maggie here, I'm sure you all know by now that I like it too. The last thing moms want is to prepare a separate meal for the kids. Ahh … the sacrifices we make for our children. Insert rich farm bones into barbecue wings and boneless farm barbecue bites.

Chicken bites not too spicy

I am known to brighten up my shortcuts. Heck, I wrote a cookbook on cake desserts! You take shortcuts where you can. Right, moms? The freezer section is the friend of a busy mom. Here I did something that everyone in my family loved, including the spicy eater: the not too spicy chicken bites.

Farm-style chicken bites

My little red also wants to eat spicy dishes. Apparently, children his age are amazed by spicy foods, a symbol of "I am a big child". Like losing teeth and growing hair on your chin. I started to let my son taste sweet salsas and add more pepper to his eggs. It’s my way of spicing up the heat. I knew the sauce in the boneless barbecue bite package was too spicy for him. So I did two things to her. Yes, that's right, I just added TWO more ingredients. I added a touch of milk. (Milk tames heat, by the way). And I added honey. Easy peasy! And we had a happy family. I served these not too spicy chicken bites with a side of a ranch. DELICIOUS!
