Easy and cheese, this sauce is perfect for dipping taquitos or fries.
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pound cubed processed cheese
- 1/2 cup of sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 cup grated tex mex cheese
Cook the taquitos in the oven according to the package directions.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion until no pinkish remains. Drain.
Add the processed cheese, sauce, cumin, and chili powder and reduce the temperature to low. Stir until smooth and melted.
Remove from heat and add the grated cheddar cheese.
Serve hot with taquitos for dipping.
