  • 3 cups of flour with yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 60 g cold minced butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 thinly sliced ​​bacon slices, shelled

  • 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup tasty grated cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 210C. Grease lightly and line a 22 cm cake pan.

  2. Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl. Add the butter and rub the flour with your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

  3. Make a well in the center, pour the milk and mix with a flat blade knife until the mixture comes together. Add more milk if necessary.

  4. Turn over floured surface and knead until mixture unites.

  5. Divide into 8 servings and form a round, cut a cross on top of each bun and place it in a pan, spacing slightly.

  6. Combine bacon, cheese, chives, and tomatoes. Divide between buns and bake for 10 minutes.

  7. Reduce heat to 180 ° C and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
