- 4 units of white fish fillet
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 400 grams of noodles
- 1 unit of white onion
- 3 units of tomatoes
- 120 grams long onion
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 Cup of Fish Fumet

The first step to make this special recipe for Easter is pre-list ingredients from the noodles to the casserole. The fish can be grouper, tilapia or hake.
Take a pot with enough water over medium heat, once the water is boiling add the noodles with a little salt and cook until al dente. Remove from heat and reserve.
Take a frying pan over medium heat add a little sunflower oil once hot add the finely chopped onions and fry.
Add the tomatoes in small squares and fry our stew. Add salt, pepper and a little garlic paste.
Add the fish fillets cut into medium squares to the pan with the stew and fry for a few minutes. We must remember not to overcook the fish since it dries very easily.
Add a little white wine and the fish fumet to form the sauce of our fish noodle recipe.
By last add the noodles to the pan where we have our preparation and cook over low heat for a few more minutes.
