A delicious Italian dish with angel hair pasta, fresh tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese, and shrimp.

Confession: This is one of those dishes with a "fancy" name, Capellini Pomodoro, which is probably one of the easiest meals to prepare. Seriously, it only has a handful of ingredients and can definitely be done in under 30 minutes (that's what I'm always looking for!)

I always thought my mother had invented this dish, but when I was at Olive Garden once, I noticed "Capellini Pomodoro" on their menu! They didn't add any shrimp (which is a shame) but the dishes were more or less the same.

Basically, I think Olive Garden stole this wonderful food idea from my mother. I am totally giving up! Hahaha. Capellini Pomodoro is an authentic Italian dish!

What I like most about this food is that everything is fresh! Have you noticed that meals made with fresh ingredients are also always healthier? So there you have it… fresh, healthy, tasty and “elegant”, in less than 30 minutes 🙂
