How do I know when Buffalo dumplings are made?

The only real way to know that buffalo chicken dumplings are made is by using a meat thermometer. They should read 165 degrees F. on the thickest part of the meatball. If you take the temperature and it is less than that, you should cook it a little more.

Everyone's stoves are heated to a different temperature, so you may need to cook them for more than 15 minutes if they are not ready.

How are dumplings of the same size made?

I think the easiest way to make buffalo dumplings of the same size is using a small cookie spoon. Then you will have 1 inch dumplings that are uniform and look fantastic. I recommend after taking out the meatball, rotate it in your hands a few times, to make it smooth.

How do you make dumplings that don't fall apart?

When making these buffalo chicken dumplings it is vital to correctly measure the ingredients. The almond flour, together with the eggs, is what unites the meatballs. If you don't use the correct amounts of wet to dry ingredients, you will end up with crumbling meatballs. Save yourself some frustration and measure instead of throwing some of this and that away.

Also, another important thing is to make sure that when you make the meatballs, you pack the meat. If you freely form the meatballs, you can expect them to crumble almost every time.

Why are my meatballs dry?

If buffalo chicken dumplings look dry, chances are you've overcooked them. This is why it is so important to properly check your temperature from time to time, so you don't cook them for long.
