- 1 leek
- 100 grams of peas

We wash and chop the leek to start preparing the ingredients for the broccoli soup.
In a saucepan we put a jet of oil, add the leek and we let it cook a bit.
We wash and cut the broccoli. We do the same with the rest of the vegetables, so we cut them into small pieces. Then, we add all the vegetables to the casserole in which we have the leek to continue with the broccoli soup recipe.
We cover the vegetables with water. When it starts to boil, add the broth tablets and a little pepper if we like, and let the soup cook until the vegetables are tender.
