Dill pickle dip is the perfect sauce to serve a crowd and it only takes a few minutes to mix. I have never met a pickle lover who has tried this sauce and has not asked for the recipe!

Suppose for a moment that I am sharing this recipe with you for the Superbowl or some other super important gathering where there will be many people clamoring for a dip.

Suppose I have never done this in my life in preparation for a TV night watching just me, my chips, my pickle sauce, and an overfilled DVR.

You see, people are not meant to eat half a pound of cream cheese by themselves in one sitting. So we're pretending I didn't do that. It is understood?

Dill Pickle Dip is a family favorite!

I know the two words "pickle" and "dip" don't necessarily sound like they are together, but the thing is, this is my favorite dive of all time. It literally takes around 2 minutes to whisk, it's completely fabulous at room temperature (no cooling, no baking, no worry about the temperature), and did I mention it's just amazing?

So go ahead and pretend you have a house full of people, take a dip and then pretend it's not you who eats it all. Imagination is good for the soul.
