These roasted chicken and orange ramen bowls are a super quick and delicious dinner recipe.

Dinner is ready in less than 30 minutes thanks to these incredible innovations. Taylor Farms stir fry kits!

Have you ever tried any of Taylor Farms' chopped salads? We have one of their salads at least once a week at our house, so when they contacted me about their new stir fry kits, I knew I had to try them.

Like their salads, these stir fry kits come ready to go with plenty of fresh vegetables all sliced and a delicious sauce to help make it a complete meal.

I love when the prep work is done for me. That means I can spend more time hanging out with my children and less time in the kitchen. But I know with these kits that I am giving my family an incredibly nutritious meal, so that makes me very happy.

I have to tell you something so funny. My daughter (pictured above) was eating these roasted vegetables and the kale was crispy, almost like chips, and she said, “Mom! This is the best salad I've ever had! You need to do it like this ALL the time, I love it!

It made me laugh, because she's so used to seeing Taylor Farms' salads, she thought I just roasted the salad!

My kids love going to the kitchen to help make dinner with me, and with this meal, they can practically do it themselves! Simply spread the cut vegetables on a rimmed baking sheet and place your chicken right there. Sprinkle the orange sauce over the top and it's ready to roast!

I love this kit because it contains all the vegetables that my family loves. When roasted, they acquire a nutty flavor, and the kale becomes crispy with a delicious crunch.

It really is that good!

The chicken is perfectly roasted with a sticky, sweet orange frosting. Let the chicken sit for just a few minutes before cutting so that the juices have a chance to redistribute, leaving your chicken extra juicy and tender.

We serve our grilled vegetables and orange chicken on a bed of hot ramen noodles. My husband said he could eat this every day!

Since there are 4 varieties of Taylor Farms stir fry kits available, I think I can make that dream come true!

These bowls were a clear winner among children and adults. I loved the speed with which the food was prepared and the easy cleanup afterward.

We will add this recipe to our monthly quick and easy dinner rotation!

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) bag Taylor Farms Orange Stir Fry Kit

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 2 packages (3 oz) chicken flavored ramen noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
