A simple and nutritious breakfast on the go! Blueberry Smoothie Chia Pudding combines two of our favorite breakfasts into one.

We have a couple of favorite breakfasts that we rotate regularly, such as chia pudding and a fruit smoothie.

But when you combine the two, you get this delicious Blueberry Smoothie Chia Pudding that looks awesome and tastes absolutely delicious.

To prepare this breakfast, simply soak the chia seeds the night before in vegetable milk, then in the morning mix with a banana and some blueberries, add a tablespoon of granola and voila!

Blueberry Smoothie Chia Pudding {Vegan}

A simple and nutritious breakfast on the go! Blueberry Smoothie Chia Pudding combines two of our favorite breakfasts into one.


  • 30 grams (2 tablespoons) of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of plant-based milk
  • a drop of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons of granola


  1. Prepare the chia seeds the night before by mixing the chia seeds, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and agave syrup in a jar, close the lid, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, place the soaked banana, blueberry, and chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. In jars or glasses, place one tablespoon of granola in each jar, pour over chia pudding with blueberries, and top with fresh or frozen berries. Optionally, add a tablespoon of plant-based yogurt and serve.
