Here are some of my favorite ways to store blueberry oatmeal overnight:

  • mason jars with lids
  • small jars of jam with lids
  • a large bowl with plastic wrap
  • small glass food preparation bowl with lid

No matter how you store this blueberry oatmeal overnight, I promise they'll be delicious when you have a tablespoon the next day!

These healthy overnight blueberry oats are just that: healthy. You can buy gluten-free oatmeal (I use Bob's Red Mill) and you have an easy recipe for vegan, gluten-free, and vegan blueberry oatmeal.

This recipe is also super versatile. If you don't want to use GF oatmeal, you don't have to. Also, if you want to add strawberries, bananas, etc. to the recipe instead of blueberries, you can. And there are plenty of dairy-free milk options too! I used cashew milk in this recipe, but you can use almond or coconut milk.
