Best Gluten Free Cinnamon Toast {Dairy Free, No Refined Sugar}

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of vegan butter, I use Earth Balance or regular butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup coconut or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • Pan Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style – White Honey or Whole Grain

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.

  • In a bowl combine vegan butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.

  • Spread several slices of bread with a generous tablespoon of cinnamon butter. Place on a baking sheet.

  • Bake for 10 minutes. Turn broiler on and broil for about 1 minute until bubbly and caramelized. Enjoy!
