Berry yogurt cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cup mixed berries
  • 3 cups of flour with yeast
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 grated orange

Method

  1. Combine the berries and flour.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.

  3. Pour it into a 23 cm greased spring pan and bake at 180 ° C for about an hour.
