Beetroot, carrot and apple smoothie

East carrot and apple beet smoothie with papaya, ginger and celery that I share with RecetasGratis is perfect as part of a healthy breakfast or snack. It has digestive and anti-inflammatory properties due to this rich combination of fruits and vegetables. Beet, being a source of betaine, helps fight inflammation and helps protect cells, proteins and enzymes from environmental stress, in addition to supporting the detoxification process of our body. Ginger, celery, and papaya also have anti-inflammatory and digestive properties; and apple and carrot provide an extra vitamin content and fiber of high digestive value to this digestive fruit and vegetable smoothie.

  • 1 beet
  • ½ papaya
  • 2 carrot
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 2 apples
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 cup of water (240 milliliters)

Peel the apple, papaya, carrot, and ginger. Cut all the ingredients in medium pieces.


Put all the vegetables and fruit in the blender, add 1-2 cups of water to taste and crush until a smooth digestive fruit smoothie is left without lumps. If you don't like the texture of carrot and beet juice because it contains a lot of pulp, you can first squeeze the juice from the beets, apples and carrots and then add it to the smoothie.
