- 800 grams of shredded meat
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 cube of beef broth
- 1 teaspoon of smoked sweet paprika
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jet of extra virgin olive oil
- 12 lasagna plates
- 500 grams of homemade bechamel sauce
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 1 splash of white wine
Steps to follow to make this recipe: 1
Peel the onion and chop it very fine to start preparing the sauce of the meat lasagna. For this we peel the onion and chop it very finely.
We poach the onion in a pan with hot oil, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, we wash and dry the peppers. We remove the tail and the inner seeds and chop them into brunoisse, or what is the same, into small pieces.
Add the peppers to the pan together with the onion, stir and leave to sauté to continue with the preparation of the filling of the meat lasagna.
We peel the tomatoesWe remove the heart and seeds and chop them into small pieces to add them to the pan.
We add the broth tablet, the paprika, the pepper and the salt along with a splash of white wine when the vegetables are more or less cooked and start to take the form of sauce. Stir well and let cook until we have a homemade tomato sauce.
At this time, add the meat to the pan, mix well and leave on the fire for another five minutes. We withdraw and reserve. The meat will have been prepared previously following the recipe for Pork bridle in an express pot that I shared.
We assemble the lasagna. To do this, we will put a few tablespoons of homemade bechamel sauce in the bottom of a dish suitable for the oven and spread them well. We cover with plates of pasta for lasagna and put a layer of meat with tomato sauce. Cover with a light layer of bechamel sauce and place a new batch of lasagna plates on top. We alternate layers of pasta, meat and béchamel until we run out of meat. We finish with a batch of pasta sheets that we cover with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Trick: Always consult the preparation of the plates for lasagna that you use. Mine go to the oven without prior hydration, but some brands require it.
Bake the beef lasagna with the oven preheated to 200 ºC for 30-40 minutes.
