- 3 cups cooked farm beans
- 1 onion
- 1 can of crushed tomato
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Steps to follow to make this recipe: 1
In a pot heat the oil and sauté the chopped onion in small pieces until it becomes transparent.
Incorporate the crushed tomato to the pot, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the beans to the pot and cover them with the broth, salt and pepper and add the bay leaf. Cook for 15-20 minutes until sauce is reduced.
