If you wonder what is tempeh, you should know that it is a animal protein substitute made from fermented soybeans. It has multiple benefits for our health and its consumption is highly recommended, although when preparing it many people have doubts. That is why I share in RecipesFree this simple and fast recipe consisting of tempeh bites coated in yogurt tempura with spices and aromatic seasonings. For the marinade I have mainly used soy yogurt, ginger, garlic and the Indian spice mix tandoori masala, since many dishes from the Indian cuisine that use yogurt carry this mix. If you can't find it, feel free to experiment and use any other type of masala or prepare the spice mix yourself. Discover how to make battered tempeh and enjoy.
