Barbecue Marinated Steak

  • 500 g beef tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce * to taste


  1. Mix the sauces together.

  2. Place the steak on a marinating plate.

  3. Pour sauce mixture over fillet and marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, turning frequently.

  4. Drain excess marinade before cooking fillet, as desired.


This marinade helps soften the fillet very well. A clove of garlic can be added if desired. Use the beef cut of your choice.
