A breakfast should be not only healthy, but also rich. So this time I share this breakfast that consists of a antioxidant red fruit smoothie and other ingredients full of vitamins and antioxidants famous for their anti-cancer properties and very low in fat, such as açai powder, which is a Brazilian fruit full of fiber, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and 30 times more anthocyanins (antioxidants ) than wine.
Cereals will bring you more carbohydrates to this banana smoothie and berries and therefore more energy. It is a perfect combination to start the day on the right foot.
