It is a hot summer day and you decided to have a last minute barbecue. But the important question is … what about dessert? I like to make these quick and easy Banana Pudding Parfaits with easy-to-find ingredients.
I found a great brand of instant pudding / cake filler that is actually made with simple and real ingredients. If you do it ahead of time and let it chill in the fridge, you can whip up these cute parfait mugs in no time before your guests arrive!
We have serious layers of yumminess in these banana pudding parfaits!
- Dreamy Creamy Pudding
- Coconut whipped cream
- Toasted Crumbled Vanilla Wafers
- Fresh slices of bananas
Feel free to add more ingredients, nuts, fresh fruit, or whatever you want personalize and perfect to your liking!

Ingredients
For the pudding
- 1 box of 3.5oz vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1 beaten egg yolk
For the crumbled wafers
- About 30 vanilla wafers
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
For the assembly

Instructions
For the pudding

Combine pudding mix and milk in a skillet and cook to dissolve.
