- 2 cups of spinach
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 pear
- 1 apple
- 1 piece of fresh grated ginger (small)
- 1 cup frozen berry mix
- ½ cup of water (120 milliliters)

For the red smoothie Put the red berries and a frozen banana in the mixer. Add very little water (several tablespoons) and crush the fruit well until it is well beaten and creamy. If the red berries seem too acidic, add a little sweetener.
For the yellow smoothie Combine the peeled and chopped apple and pear, a frozen banana and the grated ginger in the blender. Add several tablespoons of water and crush well.
For the green smoothie mash the spinach, celery, and frozen banana with a little water until smooth and creamy.
Pour the red smoothie into the glass, filling it to a third of its capacity. Fill another third with the yellow smoothie and the last third with the green one.
