- 4 ripe bananas
- 175 g of marshmallows
- 100 g dark chocolate 70% cocoa
- 100 ml thick cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of candy canes * to decorate
Cut the bananas at an angle of 5-6 pieces per banana, place them on a plate at random.
Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl over boiling water. Melt slowly, add sugar until combined, then gradually mix in the cream. Get away from the heat.
Use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate sauce over the bananas, zigzagging on the plate in an artistic way.
Spread marshmallows around the banana pieces on the plate.
Decorate with butterflies and serve immediately.
