- 2 potatoes
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 diced bacon slices
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic and herbal salt
- 500 ml of cream
- 45 g of instant French onion soup
Boil the potatoes until soft. Once cooled, cut into thin slices.
Place the potatoes in a baking dish. In between each layer, sprinkle garlic and herb salt and bacon or chicken.
Mix the soup with the cream and pour over the baked potato. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 1 hour at 150C.
Let it sit for 30 minutes after removing from the oven so that the cream thickens a little. Use cooked chicken or bacon, French onion soup, or onion bacon soup.
