Baked potato with French onion

  • 300 ml thick cream
  • 25g French onion soup mix
  • 6 large potatoes


  1. Wash the potatoes and leave the peel, cut into slices and place in a lightly greased baking dish.

  2. Mix the cream and soup in a jar and pour over the potatoes.

  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.

  4. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.


This is a great accompaniment to any meat and is good with salad and barbecue meat.
