We wash the potatoes and chop them without removing the skin. Then, we put them in a pot, cover them with water, add a pinch of salt, cover and cook until it boils. You can use the potato variety that you like the most.

While the potatoes are precooked, we place clean fish on a cookie sheet, sprinkle the lemon zest, the juice, the paprika, salt, pepper and parsley to taste. We let it absorb the flavors.
