Avocado smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 avocado
  • 197 1/2 g of condensed milk
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey * optional
  • 2 cups crushed ice cubes

Method

  1. Peel and stone the avocados and add them to the blender.

  2. Add condensed milk.

  3. Add coconut milk and mix until thick and smooth.

  4. Add crushed ice and mix until smooth.

  5. Test and add additional condensed milk, if desired. Add honey, if you are using.
