Recipe Frequently asked questions

What type of salmon should I use? We prefer wild salmon for some reasons, mainly for its flavor and sustainability. Wild salmon also has that deep shade of orange-pink that can't be replicated in farm-raised salmon. Wild salmon is "more fishing" and more gamorous than farm-raised salmon, so if you're a little sensitive to flavor, you may want to start farming and move towards nature.

How should I cook salmon? See the previous section to see all my recommendations. I've tried them all! For this particular recipe I chose baked, simply because I was baking a second steak for another recipe, and you can't beat a two for one 🙂
