Aussie Pumpkin Bread

The great Australian bread

Now here is a recipe that can be used during the festive season as well as the Australia day holidays.

I am not much of a chef – but I love cooking the Pumpkin bread, then lightly toasting it – adding a little butter and having it with a nice cup of coffee or a latte, makes for a great morning tea. (or any tome)
Remember your ingredients should be at room temperature.
